Customer reviews

Our reviews are published on MyBuilder, where feedback can only be left by customers who actually hired us through the platform. We do not reproduce invented testimonials here — if you want to read the wording, go to the source and read it in full.

What to check in customer feedback

• Whether attendance matched the agreed window
• Whether the price was explained before work started
• Whether the cause was explained after the blockage was cleared
• Whether the site was left clean and tidy afterwards

Leaving your own review

If we have worked for you, a short review on MyBuilder or Google genuinely helps a small family business. And if something was not right, call us first — we would much rather put it right than read about it later.

What you can expect from us

Our published service details explain what you can expect. We answer 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and there is no call-out charge. We agree the price before anything starts. We clear the blockage first so the property works again, then find out why it happened. If a repair is needed, a CCTV drain survey gives you recorded footage and a written report, so you can see the defect for yourself before deciding.

We are a local, family-owned business based in Pumpherston, beside Livingston, with over 20 years' industry experience. The team is Street Works (NRSWA), high-pressure water jetting and confined spaces trained, and we carry £5 million public liability insurance. We cover West Lothian, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Lanarkshire and Fife.
