Our Drainage Work
A selection of recent drainage jobs completed for homeowners, landlords and commercial clients across Central Scotland.

The work behind the photos
Most of these jobs started with the same phone call: a drain backing up, a gully overflowing, or water where it shouldn't be. What changes is the cause. In older shale village housing around Broxburn and Pumpherston we're usually looking at clay pipework with open joints and root ingress. On the newer Livingston and Winchburgh estates it's more often construction debris, wipes and fat build-up in shared laterals.
Every visit follows the same order: clear the immediate blockage so the property is usable again, then put a camera down to find out why it happened. If a repair is needed we show you the footage first and explain the options — patch lining and no-dig repair where the pipe allows it, excavation only when there's no alternative.
Work is carried out by a family-run team with over 20 years' industry experience, £5 million public liability cover and Street Works (NRSWA), high-pressure water jetting and confined spaces training. There's no call-out charge, and the price is agreed before anything starts.
