Privacy Policy

Curran Drainage Services Limited, 16 Letham Gardens, Pumpherston, Livingston EH53 0NH, Scotland. You can contact us about this policy at info@currandrainageservices.com or on 07427 195142.

When you send an enquiry through the quote form we receive the details you enter:

• your name, phone number and email address
• your postcode, if you give it
• the service you need, how urgent it is and your message

If you phone, email or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation, along with your number or email address.

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, arrange a visit and carry out the work you ask for. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell them.

Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

Quote form enquiries are saved in a secure database used to run this website and are also sent to our email inbox through FormSubmit, an email forwarding service. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and to keep the business records the law requires.

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@currandrainageservices.com and we will respond. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
